AfterLive Music are really excited to be working with guitarists PLINI, RICHARD HENSHALL (HAKEN) and guitar innovators .STRANBERG* GUITARS to bring you a exclusive hybrid .stranberg* signature guitar demonstration and clinic event. As a hybrid event, the clinic will be streamed live to a global audience and recorded with an attending audience. The livestream will be hosted on our website and will be made available to re-watch at your leisure for 30 days as video-on-demand content, simply enter your unique livestream ticket access code to join the event.

The .Strandberg* Signature Guitar Clinic will take place at Colours Hoxton, London on Wednesday 27th July. 

This will be Plini’s only planned visit to the UK this year. The evening will be presented by the awesome OLLIE WINIBERG, Ex-BBC Radio One / BBC Music Introducing and presenter/curator of his successful Spotify podcast ‘The Heavy Hooks Show’ and consist of a live chat, performance and an improvised jam section followed by a Q&A. For those joining us online the livestream will consist of a wide shot of the stage and close-ups of the guitars as PLINI and RICHARD play through your favourite recent and classic material. So you are guaranteed to see and hear all of the notes whether attending in person or watching online!

The Signature Guitars:

Richard produced his first signature guitar with Strandberg this year, the Boden NX 8 Richard Henshall Edition and his design incorporates his signature hen inlay designed by his wife and artist Sevcan Henshall. The hen is linked to his nickname Hen taken from his surname. (.strandberg* Artists Profile – Richard Henshall)

Plini’s first .strandberg* was a USA Custom Shop Boden 6 with a fixed bridge, which made its video debut on his ‘Ko Ki’ single. From there, Plini added the Boden OS 6 Plini Limited Edition and used this guitar exclusively for over a year before collaborating with us to develop the ‘Plini Edition’ model that was introduced in 2017 and is now his main instrument for both recording and live performances.
